Floor, half or full lining.

A floor lining protects the base of the load area, where most of the wear happens. A half lining carries the protection partway up the sides, so tools and materials stop marking the van. A full lining covers the sides to their full height for a clean, finished load area.

The right one depends on what you carry. Tell us in the estimate builder and we confirm it once we have checked your van.

Ply or polypropylene.

Ply is the traditional choice: strong, easy to fix to and easy to repair. Polypropylene panels do not absorb water and wipe clean. We talk you through the choice for your van and the work it does.

Fitted, or as a kit.

Have it fitted at our Mallusk workshop, or order a cut kit for your make and model and fit it yourself. Kits are shipped across the UK and Ireland.

A few things worth knowing.

Can I add ply lining to an existing fit-out?

Tell us what is already fitted and add photographs in the builder. We need to check condition, compatibility and fixing points before confirming the work.

How long does van ply lining take?

Allow 1 to 2 working days for your van to be with us at the Mallusk workshop. We confirm the date when you book.

Should I choose ply or polypropylene?

Ply is strong and easy to repair. Polypropylene does not absorb water and wipes clean. If you are unsure, tell us how you use the van and we will recommend one before you book.

Can you line my make and model of van?

We work on vans of all makes and models. Choose yours in the estimate builder and we check the wheelbase and roof height before confirming.

Can I buy the lining as a kit and fit it myself?

Yes. Kits are cut by make and model and shipped across the UK and Ireland. Compatibility and delivery are confirmed before you order.

What warranty is included?

Warranty depends on the product and the job. We give you the applicable written terms before you agree to any work.
