About these terms
These terms cover estimates requested through this website and your use of it. Work we carry out and kits we supply are agreed in writing before anything is booked or ordered, and that agreement sets out the final terms for the job.
Estimates and prices
Prices on this site are “from” prices and exclude VAT. An online estimate is a guide, not an offer. We confirm the final price after we check your van, the specification you choose and the work required. An estimate request does not book work or form a contract.
Fitting at our workshop
We fit vans at our workshop at 10C Hydepark Rd, Mallusk, Newtownabbey, BT36 4PY. We do not travel to vans. Fit times shown on the site are typical, and we confirm the date when you book. Vehicle condition, existing fittings, payload and electrical compatibility can change the scope and the price. Make, model, year, wheelbase and roof height are verified before we confirm any job.
Kits and delivery
Supply-only kits are shipped across the UK and Ireland. Stock, fit compatibility and the delivery charge are agreed with you before you order, and kit prices exclude delivery unless we say otherwise.
Booking and payment
We agree the date and payment arrangements in writing before a booking is agreed. This website does not take payment.
Warranty and your rights
We give you the warranty terms for the products and workmanship in your job before you agree to it. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are buying as a business, the written agreement for your job applies.
Using this website
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but compatibility, prices and availability are confirmed only when we agree your job. Photographs marked as example photography show typical work and are not photographs of a specific job. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to show the vans we fit.
Liability and governing law
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction.
