Ply shelving or racking.
Ply shelving is the straightforward option: shelves built to the space in your van, for boxes, consumables and the tools you reach for every day.
Modul-System racking is the premium option. It is modular, so units, drawers and shelves are combined to suit your trade and can change as the work does.
Drawers and tool storage.
If you carry small parts or hand tools, drawers keep them organised and stop them moving around the load area. A racking system can combine drawers, shelves and bins on the same run.
One side or both.
A one-side layout keeps a clear space for longer loads. A two-side layout gives more storage. Tell us what you carry and we talk through the balance.
Weight and fixing.
Racking adds weight, so we check fixing positions and talk through your payload before fitting.
Premium: Modul-System racking
The step up from ply. A modular racking system built from steel, aluminium and composite parts, planned around your van and the tools you carry.

A few things worth knowing.
Can I add racking and shelving to an existing fit-out?
Tell us what is already fitted and add photographs in the builder. We need to check condition, compatibility and fixing points before confirming the work.
How long does van racking take to fit?
Allow 1 to 2 working days for your van to be with us at the Mallusk workshop. We confirm the date when you book.
What is the difference between ply shelving and Modul-System racking?
Ply shelving is built to the space in your van. Modul-System racking is a modular steel, aluminium and composite system with drawers, shelves and bins, and it costs more. Both are planned around your tools.
Can I add drawers or change the layout later?
Modular racking is designed to be added to as your work changes. We confirm what is possible for your van and layout when you book.
Will racking affect my payload?
Everything fitted adds weight. Check the vehicle plate and allow for the fit-out, passengers, tools and load. We can discuss material choices before you book.
What warranty is included?
Warranty depends on the product and the job. We give you the applicable written terms before you agree to any work.
